Up for auction at NO RESERVE is this rare and seldom seen Antique French Old Paris porcelain figurine of a young boy reaching towards a little green lizard perched on an oversized watering pot. A beautiful cache pot flower bud vase with exceptional painted and sculpted detail throughout. Very high quality and signed DEPOSE PB on bottom.
One tiny chip to the spout edge and one under rim flea bite which can’t be seen when standing. Otherwise the piece looks to be in excellent condi...tion with just minor paint wear.
A fantastic antique porcelain figurine similar to high quality figurines from Meissen and Dresden.
Measures 7.4” inches long, 6” inches tall and 3.6” inches wide (18.8 cm, 15.2 cm, 9.1 cm), with base measuring 5.6” inches long and 3.4” inches wide (14.2 cm, 8.6 cm).
Would make a fantastic display piece, fine addition to a collection, or a great gift!
