Beautifully restored antique jewelry/collector's box. Measures 9 1/4" long x 6 7/8" deep x 1 1/2" tall. Inside is divided into 12 equal spaces 2" x 2" x 1/2" deep. Total depth with lid closed is 1". Sides are 1/4" thick solid wood assembled with a barefaced housing joint. Original brass hinges in good working order. Inside of the lid and bottom are lined with a high quality green felt. Refinished with several coats of MinWax Satin Varnish and hand-polished with superfine steel wo...ol and paste wax to a soft luster. Excellent condition. All joints are solid. Cork pads improve handling and protect bottom. Original catch is spring loaded. Shipping weight approximately 2 lbs. No reserve!
