A darling and beautiful item - an Antique Sevres Style Lidded Handpainted and double handle Sugar Bowl. Hand painted with delicate floral sprays in gilded medallions on each side, small pink flowers and gilded mesh accents with cobalt blue rims this gorgeous bowl is definitely unique and eye-catching. The lid is adorned with gold painted porcelain flower (unfortunately one petal is broken). Besides that the bowl is in great condition. No other chips or cracks are noted and very minimal... use marks and wear to decorations. Measures 4.5” tall (including the lid top)It is marked with sevres style mark but it is not Sevres. Similar mold bowls were also used by Limoges. I believe it is safe to say that most likely this was made in France.
