DESCRIPTION Here is a wonderful Bernard Moore early 1900 Arts & Crafts ovoid cylinder shaped shouldered vase with stunning deep red flambe glaze.&nbs...p; Bernard Moore (1850-1935) was an English pottery manufacturer and ceramic chemist known for the innovative production of art pottery, especially his flambé glazes. He stopped making ceramics in 1915. This lovely vase is signed on the bottom. It is in excellent condition without chips or cracks. The glaze is hard to capture in the images and more beautiful in real life. It measures approx 4 1/8" tall and approx 3" wide at the shoulder.
Stunning rich glaze with amazing color! Condition is excellent without chips or cracks, noted two very small minor surface scratches on the lower side near the base, see image #5, hardly noticeable but mentioned for accuracy. See images and email any questions.
