This is a beautiful designer mantle clock by Leon Hatot. It has a burl wood veneer and a checkerboard inlay.
Unfortunately, the original clock is missing and a cheap battery one is in its place. The glass of the clock is missing as well. I am unsure if the back clock cover is original but it looks equally aged as the rest of the parts.
The barometer is made by Miller, Germany and appears to be working (it moves from day to day).
The thermometer works.
The wood b...ody is in pretty good shape for the age. You can see the condition pretty clearly in the photos but there is an area with scratching and one area where the veneer is chipped (pictured and circled).
I was told that wind-up replacement guts are $45 online. Obviously not the original but it will get you buy until you find originals.
