This is a color 16mm sound cartoon from 1947 WOTTA KNIGHT starring Popeye. Starts out as a parody of knights in armor, then turns into a Sleeping Beauty story (with a touch of Rapunzel!) Very fast paced and fun... as one frame grab shows, there is an unfortunate ethnic stereotype (also a quick black face gag.) The 3M stock has warmed up but there is still a range of different colors, good contrast, etc. No VS detected, very little surface wear and I don't think I found any splices.
