Hurd Wonderful Vintage Steel Casting Rod.
This beauty is perhaps one of the most beautiful rod and reel combos ever made. It was made in Michigan. I wonder perhaps whether the design and casting expertise of the auto indistry was borrowed a little in creating this beauty.
Everything works on this reel. Clicker and clutch button work fine. Guides are fine. Comes with some of the original line that would have been used when it was sold. Als...o has its original carrying case intact but zipper broken. A buffing would display its lines even more. Wooden handle is in excellent shape. Check out the photos to see the condition.
