Shipping InformationWe ship all parcels using Canada Post/USPS. This type of service typically takes 8-10 business days. We ship all order on Tuesdays and Fridays, baring any national holidays. Please bear in mind that these are the delivery standards outlined to us by the shipping company. Please see below for additional shipping termsPlease note that shipments to the US need to clear customs and they generally take 8-10 business days to arrive from the time we ship.Please note that we will ship only to confirmed Paypal addresses in the USA and Canada.USPS does not generally update tracking information on shipments until AFTER the product has been delivered.Once a product has been shipped we have no control over transit times. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.About TaxesPlease note that we are required to charge the local HST rate on all purchases that are shipped to an address within an HST province in Canada. We are required to charge GST on shipments to all other provinces. No sales taxes will be charged by us for shipments to the USA.
