Listed is a Mid Century Modern 1970's Rowe Sofa with original wool fabric in excellent vintage condition. Some slight normal age wear, small holes at back corners of sofa, 2 round accent pillows, no odors or stains found.  Walnut trim accent in excellent original condition.  Structurally sound and intact, ready to use.  Very rare red wool fabric, in both solid and a tweed blend used, in beautiful condition.  8ft-plus long x 32 inch depth x 30 inch tall.  Very c...omfortable to lie down and watch the games, great seating for all your friends! And pets!  Intact label.  One of the nicest and well built sofa's of the 70's.  No wobbles or movement when sitting on this one. Very stylish, very contemporary, yet made decades ago, when things were made to last forever.  This is the sofa you will enjoy spending all day, and all night, in, and have all your friends wish they'd found it first!
