CARVED TREE TRUNK SCHOLAR'S SCROLL POT
You are being offered an Antique Chinese Qing Dynasty Carved Wood Scholar’s Scroll Pot or Calligraphy Scroll Holder that appears to be made of the Hollowed-Out Bottom Section of a Tree Trunk and the Top Portion of the Root and a couple of Branch Stumps and Nodules. The Scroll Pot is not signed and it doesn’t have any identifying marks; but we believe it was carved during the Late 18th or Ear...ly 19th Century, circa 1780-1840. The Scroll Pot stands 9¾ inches high and measures 11¼ inches long and 10 inches wide and it weighs over 12 pounds. Except for having a few short age cracks and much of its Lacquer Finish worn off, the Scroll Pot is in Very Good Condition, without any other issues. Stated Terms and Shipping Charges Apply Only To Addresses Within The Continental United States. Shipments to addresses outside the Continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, will incur higher shipping charges that will vary according to the shipment's destination. International Shipments valued at $250.00 or more will be shipped by USPS Express Mail International because it is the only form of Mail that can be tracked after the Shipment passes through the destination country’s Customs.
