This toy was manufactured between 1944-1955. The turn key is missing as well as the string and hook. We are not sure if it functions correctly or not. It does have some rust on the exterior as well as in the winding or gear area. The base measures 5 1/2' X 7 1/2" and stands about 20" tall when extended.
