The brass plate has The Precision Dental Shell Machine No.2 Made By Central Tool Co. Auburn N.J. United States of America, Patented and Patent Pending, SS White Dental MFG-Co. Sole Sales Agent This is rusty the top turns but the part that comes up is stuck. I see nothing broke , crack or bent just stuck. This is a nice piece of Histo...ry and would make a nice addition to your old Antique Collectible Dental Equipment.
