Item Condition: 
Unit was powered on and tested with a power drill. Everything seems to be working. Front selector knob (Lower Right) is dented in. Unit is dirty. Power cable is cut and taped, will need to be repaired.
I'm not sure what the meter is reading, it says it's a DC amp meter. Selling for parts or repair.
