When she comes up she brightens everything, don’t you think? This wonderful HOLLY is so adorable in such a bright yellow gingham outfit with that great Vogue trim and with the adorable eyelette angel sleeves. Lovely HOLLY dress has same-fabric sewn in panty’s!!! Yellow bow, shoes and purse say matchy matchy 50’s. VOGUE has pushed adorable to the limit here. I am so in love with their designs, especially this one. We start out buying one brilliant dressed Ginny ...and then who can resist another especially when it is this smashing timeless design pairing bright deep yellow gingham and eyelette, delicate coloring and bright red hair. Scrumptious. This HOLLY has brilliant red hair in the up-braids. Bangs are the early type pulled from the wig into such natural looking style, Instead of added on like the later ones. The beautiful Vogue yellow BOW is pinned into hair, we will include an original barrette…but this seems better to me. Her delicate and exquisite little face shines in this setting making her so special. Paler paint and “skin” color, oh my! Soft and pale, all over. She is a ‘50s transitional which is by far my favorite. She has an even matt finish all over, I don’t see a single thing wrong with her. Well she is almost 70 years old. I hope my old eyes have not overlooked anything but if so it will be small indeed. She has lovely yellow shoes that are in very nice condition, I always keep COACH moisturizing leather Cream on our cs shoes. They’re not leather but still…it helps over the years. And they have smooth soles as they should. She carries her correct triangle purse and its in YELLOW as well with the an old cherished violet colored flower the exact color for YELLOW contrast on the color wheel AND it picks up that color in the precious trim. We put a nice net slip on her that is newer so it holds the dress out nicely, more than a Vogue original would because of the slightly heaver fabric…so cute and perfect.
