A beautiful pair of antique English creamware pottery fruit bowls with under plates (liners). A beautiful classical design with garlands in relief and face masks. The bowls have twisted strap handles. These are not marked but date to the late 18th century and were probably made in Staffordshire or possibly Leeds. Some wear and faults from age and use but a very unusual set and very attractive, rare to find as a pair with the matching under plates!
