1900 1910lovely condition, most minor of surface wear (some on the rim round where the candle goes), has a KSIA mark near handle (K has some white in it and the I is slighltly less defined) - an expert on ebay told me that they dont think it is Keswick as the mark isnt right and it is in the wrong place and not the way Keswick makes thing. Instead they think its Irish. Sharing this here, I am not an expert and so will follow their guidance that it isnt Keswick. So sell...ing as a decorative item only, but of the 1900 period
