This beautiful antique guilloche enameled sterling powder or rouge pot was made by Paye and Baker measures 2" in diameter and is 3/8" tall. It features pink guilloche enameling over the entire box and the lid has a center motif of pink roses with green stems on a white oval. The piece is marked "P & B Sterling" and is guaranteed as described. It has some significant issues--it has 2 obvious chips in the enamel on the sides and a third shallow chip. And second, the hinge is broken. In... spite of this, it displays well and the lid is without flaws. Wonderful antique box from ca. 1900.
