Near mint Audio Research SP-3A1 3C upgraded by ARC Tube Preamplifier Gold face. Unit was sent to Audio research for the 3C upgrade from 3a1. Brand new WC-1 tiger stripe wood cabinet also come with this package and original manual. Please look at the picture provided and you will see the large blue cap that’s been upgraded by audio research. I was told by original owner the upgrade was done in 1994. Unit have been fully check out by my tech and plays perfectly. The 3g upgrade is $2900... alone if anyone were to send their sp3 to audio research at the moment. I can subtract -$350 if you don’t want the wood cabinet. I just found the original purchase recipe inside the manual showing the original purchase date and price. Unit came with all Match original amperex 12ax7 Tube that’s been tested on my calibrated tv7du all tube tested strong. Listing is as describe or 100% refund.
