Photo is 3"x3.5", case is in very good condition, hinge is tight, Marked INSLEY for Henry E. Insley, who had a studio in new York City from 1845 to 1857 and in Jersey City 1859---. Thanks to Pickspop for the following correction "Not CW, Indian War era. Hewears a 5 button sack coat, which came with the uniform revision of 1872; CWsacks had 4 buttons. Then he wears a low crown kepi with crossed rifleinsignia, also first used in the 1872 revision.
