Foul Language - Unacceptable behavior/talk through emails will not be tolerated. You will be blocked from our site immediately and reported to Ebay.
Insured Boxes - All boxes over $50 will be insured by us.
Locals - We do not deliver or allow you to pick-up. We deliver through the USPS only.
Payments - All payments must be received within 10 days of the sale date. If the payment is not received, you will be turned in as a "non-paying bidder".
Post Office - We use USPS for all deliveries (first class & priority). Due to the Covid, they are usually running behind with the mail.

Procedure from our place of business - We pack, label, Ebay tracks immediately, and your box is placed outside our door for the post office to pick up. Post office comes any time during the day (no set time). Post office does not always scan at our door when picking up boxes. We've been in contact with management at the post office many times.

Return Shipping Refunds - Depends on the situation who pays for return shipping.
