This auction is for a solid 18 karat rose gold ladies watch from the 1960s/1970s.
The watch doesn’t function (maybe just needs a battery) and the crystal is in absolutely terrible condition; heavily scratched all over.
I figure the value is in the metal only. The watch weighs a total of 22.4 grams. I figure the movement and crystal are no more than 2-3 grams, making this thing about 20 grams of solid 18k gold. At today’s prices that’s $878.
I’m cleaning out all non-use...d and old items in the house and have a lot of old Russian jewelry and silverware up on auction or soon to be listed.
