Here we have an excellent large vintage block meerschaum estate pipe, superbly carved into the shape of an elephant's head, with the stem forming the 'trunk'.
It has been only lightly smoked and remains in very-near mint condition - just a few very light scratches onthe bowl rim.
There is just a very shallow layer of carbon in the chamber, and a tiny bit around the rim.The stem screws very securely to the shank, and air flows through the pipe freely.
