The Thorens TD-124 is one of the highest regarded turntables of all time. This table runs with a SME 3009 mkII tonearm on a custom arm board. The SME tonearm is also highly regarded and a favored arm for the TD 124. The SME is far superior to the tonearms originally sold with the turntable. A SME standard cartridge shell comes with this purchase, but NO cartridge. The table and arm have been modified to accept an RCA tonearm cable. (A thirty-six inch Kimber X CU is included). A c...ustom acrylic cover for the turntable is included with this offer (a $250 value).The unattached feet (4) are Czech hockey pucks of renown durability.
