This Akai GX-280D-SS is in very good physical condition with a few scratches and dings and some buckled vinyl veneer on the top (see photos). The plastic cover has cracked, but is whole (see photos).
The tape deck has been lightly serviced - switches and pots cleaned and lubed (deoxited), all relay contacts cleaned, one take up reel motor replaced, and the transport cleaned and lubed. The deck is working well, but could probably be fine tuned for even better pe...rformance.
Due to age, sold as-is - no returns.
Includes only the tape deck, plastic cover, metal akai take up reel, promotional brochure, and original user manual as pictured. The maxell tape in some photos is NOT included.
