AristoCraft ART-80114 Denver & Rio Grande Western C-16 2-8-0 Locomotive & Tender - 1:24 ScaleExcellent 'Like New' Condition
This auction is for an Aristo-Craft 80114 D&RGW C-16 Coal Burning Loco with Tender. I purchased this C-16 loco from its original owner over three years ago. It had never been taken out of the box, as I was the first one to disturb the factory twist ties. It has spent the last three years on display in my office. It has had no time... on the rails, except to take the auction photos showing the working headlight, marker lights, and firebox, plus also verify that it does indeed go in forward and reverse smoothly. The smoke feature was not tested.
This striking DRGW loco and tender set features: Solid brass detail parts, Metal handrails, New patented operating smoke system, New patented gearbox, DCC/RCC upgradeable.The tender is equipped with slide switches that control the: motor, smoke generator, lights, and track/battery power.
In addition to the loco and tender, this set also includes a parts list, instruction manual, and some light dust. The section of track shown in the photos is not included(if you need some track for displaying this set let me know and I'm sure we can work something out).
The original box for this loco set is in excellent condition as well. Everything will be packed inside of the original manufacturer's shipping box. The traveling expenses cover shipping, handling, and insurance. A delivery signature will be required due to the value of this set. Payment to be made by using PayPal.
