Up for sale is a Bifacial Large Hand-Axe. It is hard to say to which culture it belonged, might be Acheulean or any other culture that existed in the region (Levant). Please note that this is an authentic tool and not a reproduction. I assume the approximate age of this tool is from 5, 000 years ago (beginning of the bronze age) to 750, 000 years ago (oldest human remains that were found in the region). No dating techniques were applied t...o this tool. Dimensions (approx., at the longest and widest points): 16 x 10 x 6 cm / 6.29 x 3.93 x 2.36 inches Weight (approx., w/o package): 700 gr. Condition: In superb condition, It is complete as it should be. It wasn’t cleaned or polished, still covered with patina and written in pen is the location where it was found (please see pics).
