Rare 1950's/1960's Louisville Slugger Hillerich & Bradsby Co. Baseball Store Display Bat Rack. Cast iron base with six cast metal arms to hold 72 bats, and hard plastic oval double sided sign reading, Louisville Slugger Bats Hillerich & Bradsby Co. Made in U.S.A. Louisville, Ky. Measures: 48" tall & 38 1/2" wide. It has some flaking of the original gold paint, mostly on one arm, but otherwise in good original condition. Would make a nice addition to any baseball collection.... This was found in a old store building near Louisville that had been closed for several years. I believe it was never used on the floor.
