Offered here is a vintage, cast white metal painted window display in the form of the National Recovery Act eagle with cogwheel and lightning bolts in its' talons. It measures about 8" tall and 8" across the wings . It is in VG+ to low excellent condition. Most of the original painted finish is still intact. There are some stable cracks in the cogwheel and tight hairlines under the base. This is a very scarce store window display. Besides a low survival rate, th...e entire NRA program lasted only two years, finally being declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court in 1935.
