This is an original vintage Ludwig 1960's Black Oyster Pearl Drum Set with a very rare Virgin Bass Drum. This Classic kit consists of a 13" tom, 16" floor tom, and 22" bass drum. The bass drum was special ordered at the time, and has no holes ever drilled for the tom mount or cymbal holder.The condition of the drums is generally excellent. The chrome hardware and hoops are smooth and shiny, with no signs of corrosion or rust. The wrap on the 13" tom has some minor scratches, and tom ra...sh. The seam and wrap are tight. The serial number is 745760, with a maple shell, baseball bat muffler, and a white painted interior.The 16" floor tom wrap is in excellent condition, with no visible issues; seam is tight, maple shell with white painted interior, baseball bat muffler. Serial number 744193.22" Virgin bass drum is in excellent condition, no visible issues on wrap; seam is tight. Interior of maple shell is painted white, and has areas of paint loss (see pic).
