Excellent conditionThe History Of Olympia TypewritersOften referred to as the Mercedes Benz of typewriters, the Olympia typewriter has historically been proven to be a popular choice with authors, Hollywood filmmakers, and now, with many working models still available, antique collectors and vintage typewriter enthusiasts
Upon acquiring this typewriter right before I listed this... on May 20, 2021 I had the ribbon replaced.
I coincidentally have a typewriter repair and service shop in my town. It began in 1928 and is still in business. If you want to have this typewriter serviced after your purchase I have an arrangement to have it cleaned and fully serviced for $50.Trust me when I say that you will most likely sometimes pay a couple of hundred dollars at another typewriter servicing shop IF you can even find one near where you live (VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE) or if you found one and had to ship you will pay more that amount to just ship your item.
So if you would like for me to include that service I will do that for you before shipping and will include that receipt of the service as proofIf you want that your final cost will increase by $50 .
I I am simply offering this due to the unique coincidence of having the luxury to be able to do this for you with this establishment being a few miles from my home in Bethlehem
