Excellent quality genuine 82 year old pair; the glass bottles are decorated with star cut engraving on the base, and each has a solid silver hinged lid and neck mount/collar. There are no added personal engraved inscriptions or monograms and they are ready to be used.Measurements Each measure approx. 4.3 inches (110mm) in height (including lid finial), and are 2.45 inches (62mm) in diameter across the bases, (excluding the handle).Date English antique solid sterling silver, with full English silver hallmarks for Birmingham 1937, (date letter "N"). Good clear matching silver marks on both necks and both lids.Maker Silversmiths initials "H & H" (Hukin & Heath Ltd - 1875-1937).Condition Lovely condition, and ready to be used. No splits or cracks to the silver, no solder repairs, and no nasty knocks or dents, just 1 minor little shallow ripple on one lid, really nothing much at all. The silver lid hinges both work perfectly and the lids close properly. The glass bottles and handles are in great condition with no cracks or hairlines, 1 teeny edge rim nibble on one base, again really nothing much. There are no added engraved personal inscriptions or monograms. A very nice genuine antique matching silver pair, by the top maker.
