Ben Hogan was known to be the first pro to put in unlimited time practicing, even after rounds as this great evening 8 x 10 shows. With the spectators standing behind him as he addresses another shot you can see the clubs laying on the ground and the sheer intense concentration that Mr. Hogan put into every practice shot. This was taken during his prime and the clothes and hats on the spectators is a sign of the times. Not to mention how Mr. Hogan himself is dressed (sweater and tie). ...The white spot behind his heel seems either to be trash or maybe cigarette butts. I have never figured out which. The autographed photo is JSA LOA (see photos) authenticated and is matted and framed professionally (see photos). The matting is done so that the picture viewed is slightly less than the 8 x 10 complete photo. This is a very unique photograph that really lets one see just how far ahead of his time Ben Hogan was.
