Below I have listed 72 cards from the Bowman 1955, Topps 1959/1960, and Fleer 1960 football cards series with the current PSA estimate of their worth in each category. (I wish the columns were straighter). You are purchasing the right to select the 10 cards of your choice for $10, not all 72. Once you have made your purchase contact me with your 10 selections and they will be shipped within 3 days. I am the original owner of the Topps cards. They have been... kept in plastic sleeves for the past 50 years, and prior to that were stored in cigar boxes as was the practice in my youth. These cards featured a scratch off on the back and as a 13 year old boy I, of course, scratched them off. If you would like to see the back of any card please contact me and I will send you a picture. The Topps cards are the one's I would rate EM 6 or NM 7, though some of the cards are too off center to merit a grade that high (refer to the photos). The poor clarity of some of the cards is due to my poor photography. If you would like a picture of any card you might be interested in please contact me.
I am not the original owner of the Bowman cards and do not remember how I obtained them, but it had to be between 1957 and 1960 as those were my card collecting years. I wish they had been better taken care of prior to my possession, but were stored as previously described since. I would describe cards 4, 9, 26, 45, 47, 59, 66, & 81 as Very Good (VG) - 3 based on PSA standards, but that grade may be generous. The rest are in various stages of wear and tear, (Good to Fair to Poor), especially the '55 Tittle and Nomellini cards. Choose these cards only if you want them for a collection, as I doubt they have much, if any, resale value. The 4 Fleer cards are all off center, otherwise I believe they would merit a Near Mint grade (NM) - 7.
The condition descriptions are my opinion only. The cards will be mailed in individual sleeves inside another plastic sleeve. Thank you for your interest.
