Up for auction is this fine Chinese biscuit porcelain statue of a robed god / deity or scholar figure. Nice verte colors and beautiful glaze. Base is very detailed as is his face and robe. Signed on the bottom with impressed marks.
Measures 9.3“ inches tall and base measures about 2.6” inches in diameter (23.6 cm, 6.6 cm). As is with many of these statues, he is missing his hand. Otherwise in excellent condition.
Would make a fantastic display piece, fine addition to a collec...tion, or a unique gift.
