Good condition and guaranteed original pre WWI ImperialGerman Model 1887 NCO ammo pouch, designed to hold 11mm Mauser ammo for the71/84 Mauser rifle. Nice ink stamped markings under the flap, unit marked tothe 125th (7th Wurttemberg “Emperor Frederick, King ofPrussia”) Infantry Regiment, and dated 1888. Leather is pliable with some wearand flaking. Stitching is tight. One flap strap has a tear. A scarce Model 1887NCO ammo pouch for your collection.
