Vintage folding wood and rope chair 
This does appear as though it was repaired at some point 
Recently acquired from a Connecticut shoreline estate where it was outside on a screened in porch facing thr ocean for many decades 
I believe the legs have warped from the humidity so when its folded up the bottom support does not stay in the tracks
Although when unfolded the chair is very sturdy
Thd rope is very nice condition
