ROOKWOOD POTTERY #6243 BLUE FABELTIER LION/HORSE PAPERWEIGHT 1931 LOUISE ABE.Great paperweight by Rookwood, designed by Lousie Abel. A fabletier is a mythical animal, part horse, part lion, although I think it looks more like part horse part zebra! NO CHIPS NOR CRACKS. Excellent Condition! Nice wet porcelain fired glaze. Dimensions: &...nbsp;4 1/8" tall, about 5 1/2" long and base is 4 3/4" x 1 3/4". This is one of two Rookwood pieces that I have on ebay this week that recently came out of an estate in the Cincinnati area!
