This is a 16mm, color, sound film - a Popeye The Sailor cartoon called "Mess Production" (1945). It runs about 7 minutes , has lots of lines/wear, faded color, about 6 splices (5 of which are right at the beginning), and no vinegar. The sound is low on this print and it looks like it might be a dupe. This print is complete but there is an abrupt end. Still, an enjoyable Popeye animation.
