CARR LOWRY GLASS CO TEAL PERFUME COLOGNE MED BOTTLE
A vividly colored, antique teal bottle from Carr-Lowry Glass Co of Baltimore, Maryland
The bottle was produced during the late 1880s or 1890s. It was hand blown in a mold with the lip and neck being hand tooled. It probably held a perfume or cologne and resembles the color and form of some Sandwich Glass Co perfumes and colognes. It is also possible that it was a hair tonic or another barber type bottle. Base is a kickup typ...e with embossed: CLG Co (which stands for Carr-Lowry Glass Co) and 788 (very likely a mold number)
Excellent condition. Bright vivid hue, a few air bubbles and other natural features of hand blown glass. No chips or cracks. Some extremely fine scuffs in areas
Measures 6 3/4" tall. And 2" in diameter along the base
