This beautiful decorative plate was manufactured by the H. D. Beach Co. of Coshocton, Ohio, patented February 21st 1905. The elaborately decorative border frames a Victorian Valentine scene of a woman with cupid and cherubs.
The antique tin plate is in overall good condition, with chipping of the paint around the rim of the plate and loss of color on the maroon border, left side. The interior scene, however, is clear and bright with no rusting, pitting, c...hipping or other damage. The back shows some discoloration, but the blue logo "Vienna Art Plates Pat Feb. 21st 1905" is clear and legible. Refer to my photos, which can be enlarged, for details on the condition. The plate measures 10" in diameter.
