This is a cute vintage African AmericanTiny Chatty Baby. She is so cute but very played with. She is mute. When you turn/move her, you can hear something thing rattling on the inside....like little pieces rattling around inside. She may or may not have a hair cut in places. Her arms are not as tight as her legs are. The limbs don’t fall off. The TCBs hair often has an irregular looking cut these days. The limbs are fading...to me...but not painted. She has a greenish marker type mark... on one arm. She is very played with. Note seams on shoulders that may indicate a previous repair. She is far from perfect and some may only need this sweetheart for parts. Her eyes open and close. She has some surface scratches and could use a spa day. Please look at photos carefully.
