Betsy's cowgirl outfit is one of her hardest to find, and when you do, it is often missing the hat. So you're in luck if you need it to complete her outfit. The hat is black felt and it is not plagued with any holes ( as often found in felt), other than the two holes that are supposed to be there for the red cording to go through.
