Tonight I'm happy to offer, from a recently purchased estate, Adolph Katz - Coro, Vintage, Early 1950's - 2.25" Figural Ballerina Brooch. EXTREMELY RARE - EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION! - NO RESERVE! This gay and whimsical brooch dates from the early 1950's, designed by 'Adolph Katz' for 'Coro' fashioned as a tapered 2.25" by 1.25" full figural ballerina featuring a tutu of clear and emerald green color faceted crystals set in a gold plated mount or setting.
The brooch is in exc...ellent vintage vintage condition showing only normal use with no loss to the plating or finish. The brooch is missing several of the very tiny green crystals from the skirt, this is very minor, does nor detract and can be easily replaced.
The brooch is marked on the back with Coro on a small gold square.
