Hi - clean doll, no "offensive odors." I say that, because I have learned that some individual's sense of smell is significantly stronger than others and can detect an 'odor' miles away. I do not sniff any sour, old smells on this doll. No cracks, seam splits, has all fingers, and walking mechanism works well. Her arms are somewhat loose - new owner may wish to tighten them.
