Cissy's Pink Hat Box With Curlers Madame Alexander New York.  Box is actually "pinker" than showing up in the photos.  Gold band in good shape.  Tiny dent by the hole for the elastic that used to be there when new.  Bottom has a bit of ripped off cardboard and some pencil writing that says pink.  There are 3 original rubber or vinyl curlers.  Really cute accessory for your fashion doll.
