Henning.Binding lacking the titlelabel, leather worn and rubbed.The Gent – viii, 104ppThe Ballet Girl – 103ppStuck-Up People – viii, 112ppApproximately 5 ¼ inchestall. ConditionReportExternallySpine – fair condition – title labels absent, 5 raised gilt bands, gilt worn in places, some marks to the compartments, worn top and tail.Joints – good condition – rubbed and worn. Corners – good condition – bumped and worn.Boards – good condition – half leather with marbled boards, blind tooled fillets, small nick in the leather on the front board, rear board has some loss to the leather on the corner sections and some of the marbling has worn away, overall general signs of wear.Page edges – good condition – all speckled.See above and photos.InternallyHinges – good condition – intact.Paste downs – good condition – plain.End papers – good condition – plain with some offsetting to the corners, the front end paper has the signature of a previous owner.Title – good condition – vignette to the centre of each title page, all tanned with some foxing.Pages – good condition – illustrated frontispiece to each story, tanned and foxed throughout.Binding – fair condition – structurally sound.See photos.Publisher: see above.
