A Beautiful Antique Blood Derby Imari Large Coffee Teapot. It is decorated in the Rich Imari colors. This is an Oriental, Imari-Inspired pattern, ornately decorated in the distinctive colors of Iron Red, Cobalt Blue and Luxurious Gold. This amazing piece is both Ageless and Timeless It will be a great gift - to yourself or a loved one.The teapot is accordingly marked with print Bloor Derby markThe red mark dates the bowl in between 1806 and 1825. The pot is 11 1/2" from the ...handle to the spout and 6 1/2" tall to the end lid.It is in excellent antique condition. It has some minimal crazing, some manufacturing defects consistent with its age and darkened spots.
There is one very small chip under the spoutExceptional collector’s piece. Would have a place in any china collection. This is a piece of history that everyone will be proud to have.
