RARE WWII 2x3 GRAFLEX SPEED GRAPHIC USAAF C - 4 MILITARY CAMERA FULL FLASH KIT

Here is a BEAUTIFUL rare 1943 WWII US Army Air Forces C-4 Ground Camera (Graflex Miniature Speed Graphic) with the full kit in great condition. These cameras are super rare, especially with the complete as issued outfit. The C-4 was the only official military 2x3 Speed Graphic during WWII. The camera's overall great appearance can be seen in the photos.
What makes this camera even more special is the ORIGINAL intact military contract plate on the front door! As there were made ...of plastic and not the usual metal nearly all of these are cracked, broken or missing. Also special about this camera is the 3 dot USAAF version top viewfinder and the unique C-4 black shutter release above the lens. There is a USAAF Acceptance Stamp inside the drop bed.
Also included is the 2 cell original Graflex flash also in excellent condition, flash cables (not good), film pack adapter, Graflex manual, rangefinder eyepiece extension, lens cap, Enteco lens hood, Kodak filter and heavy duty cable release. Plus of course the original heavy duty leather case with the cool wartime USAAF decal on the front.
Everything mechanical appears to work as it should when new, except the rear shutter which is very slow but free of dryness or major wrinkles.
The front Graphex shutter works well at all speeds including B and T and the glass of the 101mm f4.5 Graflex Optar lens is clean and clear. The rear ground glass focus screen is in great condition as is the rear hood and side flaps. The rangefinder also works very well.
Expensive? Yes, but this is a fantastic opportunity to buy a real piece of WWII history as there's VERY few of these full C-4 outfits around anymore, especially in great condition like this one. You may never see another one for sale!
