Circa 1920 Three Draw 15X Britannic Model BrassTelescope made by Broadhurst Clarkson & Co. in England.It is a very nice brass compact three-drawtelescope entirely of brass and works by adjusting the length to focus atdifferent distances. The front section is wrapped in brown leather. There arejoined brown leather end caps (note: there are a few loose stitches on thestrap that connects the end caps).The barrel is engraved ‘Britannic, B.C&Co, Made in England, 15 X’. All the o...ptics are in excellent conditionThe length when closed is 6.5 inches. The overalllength when fully deployed is 18.5 inches. The main barrel diameter is 1.5inches. Weight is approx. 1lb. The telescope opens easily with all sectionssliding smoothly. It is in full working order and has no dents or damage. Thereis some slight discoloration of the brass which is normal over time.This is a nice vintage telescope in excellentoverall condition.
