This is a Vintage Oval Pyrex 1 1/2 Qt. Black Tulip Oval Casserole baking dish with Serving Cradle. I'm purging my collection. Made 1956-1957. The Lid has 2 small chips on inside rim can't really see when placed down in use and some surface scratches consistent with use, storage and age. It is marked as Pyrex 943C 34. The casserole dish is in very good condition with no stains, cracks or chips considering the use and age also. It measures approx. 10.5" long handle to handle x 6.75..." wide x approx. 3" tall. It is marked 043 1 1/2 Qt. Pyrex Made in U.S.A. 9 and an R inside of a circle. The cradle has some wear to the patina of the metal from age but is very solid and sturdy. Please see all my photos.
